This is the starting point for all CELS proposals. This form should be submitted as soon as possible once there is interest in participating in a Funding Opportunity Announcement. Failure to submit this form may result in an inability to submit a proposal.
After the form is submitted, the CELS Proposal Office will:
- notify all applicable parties;
- issue your submission a Unique ID that can be used to track this action through the funding process; and
- follow up with the ANL PI to provide any additional assistance needed throughout the process.
