Homewood Suites Chicago Downtown
The official conference hotel is the Homewood Suites in downtown Chicago. The hotel is a roughly 15 minute walk from the conference venue. The conference rate includes complementary breakfast and wi-fi in the guest rooms.
Check-in time is at 4:00PM and Check-out time is 12:00PM.
Rates and booking procedure:
We strongly advise all participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. The conference organizers will not be able to guarantee rooms or rates after May 18th, 2017, or after the reservation block is sold out.
We currently have a block of King Suites reserved at a rate of $259 per night.
