I serve as Director of the RAPIDS SciDAC Institute for Computer Science, Data, and Artificial Intelligence, a ~7.8M/yr DOE Office of Science activity serving the needs of computational science on very large compute platforms. RAPIDS provides numerous opportunities to connect with domain scientists and aid in scientific discovery, as well as many great opportunities to work with colleagues in computer science and applied mathematics.
I also serve as Deputy Division Director for Computer Science in the Mathematics and Computer Science Division here at Argonne, helping Valerie Taylor (our Division Director) and Sven Leyffer (DDD for Applied Mathematics) lead our talented team.
