Santa Fe has many restaurants, quite a few of which are rather good. Aside from New Mexican and ”Southwest” cooking, cuisines that are well-represented include Contemporary American, French, Indian, Italian, Japanese, Mexican, and Spanish — (for some obscure reason Chinese restaurants in Santa Fe are usually disappointing).
